What are all the things contraindicated during panchakarma?
You should avoid spicy and oily foods. Daytime sleep is prohibited. Walking in the sunlight is prohibited. 20 minutes of light walking is advised in the late evening. Drinking cold water is prohibited. Taking alcohol and smoking are totally prohibited. Eating a pan is totally prohibited. Overuse of cell phones and seeing TV is not good. Sexual life is prohibited. Going to bed by 9 o’ clock in the night is advised.
