The Out Patient Centre (OP-Centre) houses the following facilities.
Patients on their first visit, need to get themselves registered before they proceed to meet the Consulting Physicians. A detailed case taking is performed by the assistant physicians or in some cases by the treating physicians themselves.
We offer the whole range of Ayurvedic therapies on a Day-care therapy centre basis as well in minor illnesses. Patients staying in nearby places can come to the ayurvedic hospital at designated time to avail of the Ayurvedic Day-Care Therapies as per the Consulting Physician’s advice.
VK Ayurveda Hospital is equipped with a clinical laboratory with facilities to carry out the regular tests in-house. We also have arrangements to get the more sophisticated tests done at other reputed labs. The blood samples for all the tests will be drawn at the lab itself. The results will be available to the designated time with the nurse on duty.
Our Ayurveda Pharmacy also stock orthotic supports like Knee braces & caps, cervical collars etc. The majority of the Ayurvedic medicines available in our Pharmacy are manufactured by our sister concern VK Herbal Formulations. ,We also source a few other products from other Ayurvedic medicine manufacturers.
We at VK Ayurveda Hospital provide, fresh, healthy, vegetarian food, as prescribed by the Ayurvedic Physicians with less oil and spices, without any artificial colours or preservatives to the persons who are undergoing the ayurvedic programs. After the consultation, the Ayurvedic physician stipulates the type of diet to be administered to each patient and the same is provided in the rooms. Accompanying persons who are not on the therapy program are advised to take food from the hospital itself. This is recommended so as to not tempt the persons who are on the programs.
